Terms and Conditions
- All rates are for one night and on respective meal plan.
- Children under 5 years of age sharing parents room will be on a complimentary basis.
- All statutory taxes/ levies shall be payable as applicable and these are subject to change in accordance with governance triangulations.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hrs prior to arrival or no show on confirmed bookings would attract one night retention.
- All NRI's and foreign nationals are requested to settle their bills in foreign currency only.
- All rooms are subject to availability.
- The hotel reserves the right to turn down these rates on high occupancy dates without prior intimation.
- Extra bed is available at Rs 800/p/nts and all meals consumed will be charged accordingly.
- Payment gateway services is being used only for booking of rooms.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of cancellation of Room reservations due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed either in writing via email to bookings@neomajestic.com or telephone call to our reservation desk at 0832-6710000-100(100 Lines). Please reference your order id when requesting a cancellation.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your cancellation email/telephone call and cancellation charges would be as follows :
- Prior to 72 hrs before arrival - Full refund.
- Between 72 and 24 hrs before arrival - 10% of booking amount.
- Less than 24 hrs before arrival - One night's retention.
Note: For high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 5th Jan) – please note that if the booking for high peak season is/are canceled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation. Refund: In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly credited back to your credit card. Please note that the refund process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Any bank charges, if applicable while making the refund to the credit card account, these bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Payment Terms
All patrons are hereby cautioned to transfer amounts towards the purchase of casino chips and other services only to the designated bank account of the Majestic Pride Group Hotels and Casino ("Majestic Group"), through the official cashiers present at the casino floor and casino reception. If any patron opts to transfer amounts towards the purchase of casino chips/other services in the bank account of an agent, staff member, or any third-party account, he/she shall be doing so at his/her own risk. The Majestic Group will not be responsible for the unauthorized transactions undertaken by the patrons (as mentioned above) or the consequences arising from such unauthorized transactions.
